DESIGN: authentic late 50s glossy mink coat in a fitted A-line silhouette echoes the resurgence of vintage mink seen across the F/W 2025 runways, where vintage fur returned as a rare and sustainable alternative to modern synthetics.
hook and eye closure with a shape that is fitted, rather than bulky.
PRICING NOTES: originally retailing for $1,000+ in the 1950s, equivalent to 13k+ dollars in today’s market.
mink coats were a status symbol purchase, often reserved for luxury clientele and milestone occasions. now, an opportunity to own what was once a woman's most prized possession, at a fraction of its original value.
CONDITION: mink is in excellent condition with a soft, luminous sheen. only flaws are two small imperfections on the interior lining, pictured second to last.
these small snags are not near the seams of the lining, the integrity of the fur is not at risk and is in great condition.
